It’s Time!

I am very excited to share and welcome you to my blog about good eats and physical fitness. My name is Christina Willis I am a full time student at Texas State University, being active on campus and I also work part time. As a student I understand with studies and work it is so hard to put in extra time to meal prep and work out and hopefully my blogs help you with some ideas how to make it all work!

I would like you to see that it is very possible to create time to better your eating habits and fitness time. I’m very passionate about this and that’s why I am here to share with you the importance of what you do with your body right now will effect you in the long run. It is never an easy task and I know it is always easier to hope through a drive-thru rather than make a meal or take an hour of your day to workout rather than take that hour nap, and I hope to change that!

I hope to explore within my self and you to find new recipes that I can share with you and new workouts that we can try out together. I hope to put a fire in people who are just to scared to try new things you are not in this alone. I hope to reach out to young peers just like myself who just need that starting push to get out there and to better there daily lives one step at a time.
