The Core

Are abs important ? The Answer is yes! Of course working out the abs are the hardest challenge to get right on your body, but to have a strong core is very important!

Your Core is Your Support System

People don’t really think to much about abs more about how they look but how important are your abs? Well they are use in everyday activities and are being used when you don’t even think about them. From when you get out of bed, walking the street or simply bending over to pick something up, but most importantly and the obvious is they help you stay up right. They completely support your spine and pelvic area connecting the upper and the lower body effectively transferring one part to another part. It’s important to know more about the body rather than it just being “abs”, because it goes much deeper than most people know, and that it is the deepest part of the abdominal muscles.

What am I working Out?

All about the abs!
External Obliques : the outer layer of abs on your side.
Internal Obliques: just underneath the external obliques, these run diagonally
Rectus Abdominis: two paired sheets of muscle from ribs to pelvis to flex forward.
  1. Transversus Abdominis

Right above I have put what it is you are working out and there are so many ways that you are able to work every part of your abs! I know it is the hardest part of our body to tighten up or tone but that is because we are 80% of what we eat and the other 20% is what we do physically. There are so many different workouts that you are able to do but just make sure that you are activating all the muscles to make them strong in every way.
