Recipe Time, with Tina!

Most important meal of the day!

I’m so happy that I will be sharing one of my own personal recipes with you today. A lean mean refreshing breakfast dish which I made up my self as I dabble in the kitchen. So I’m going to put right below what I have used in the picture above on this here post.

  • 1/2 cup of black organic beans
  • 6 small tomatoes (any of your choosing)
  • Mushrooms
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 medium sized eggs

For the black beans want to use half a cup, getting a medium sized pan, then 1 tablespoon of avocado oil cooking on medium heat. Let the oil heat up while diving up your veggies, and once done with veggies put the beans in the pan, while getting another pan ready for the veggies same heat and same amount of oil. Cook both for about 6-8 mins and ad salt and pepper do your eggs last I like mine over medium.

Get another pan for that or wash the other pans you used and set heat to medium and add oil. Then top off the dish lastly with the avocado garnish. Then it is ready to serve for yourself. I didn’t put in the picture but I have a cup of fruit ( any of your choosing) just to complete and balance out the meal.
