Working Out the Whole Body

It’s all just one motion!

There are so many different work outs that will have you working out more than just one muscle at a time. There great for you and very beneficial to help with hand eye coordination! Full body workouts are what improve workout efficiency minimizing the fluff to bring out those misfiled a bit faster than usual. It is also known that you hit major movement patterns multiple times per week in a variety of intensities and rep pre ranges to stimulate the most number of muscle fibers. When you are working multiple muscles at once you are more than likely using muscles you don’t normally use on a regular bases, and the reason that is good for you is because that will define and bring out your muscles.

Interval Squats/ Bicep & Tricep pushes

I’m going to go ahead and share with you one of my workouts that I have done this week that helps and it works out the whole body. Well almost, it includes triceps, biceps, hamstrings, calf’s, glutes and the quads. You will be using all of these muscles in this work out. I’m going to explain in detail how this workout will benefit you and explain how to appropriately do this workout so if you decide to try in out there will be no injuries!

Step by Step:

You want to use a bell bar and what ever weight you choose to use you are more than welcome I have 10lbs in mine. You want to go ahead and stand arm length apart for your legs. As you start to squat you want to bring your elbows in caring the weight down with you . As you then proceed to go up, place the weight in which ever hand that you wish to start with then lift, switch hands and repeat the process all over again. Also make sure your back is straight and your aren’t hunching over that is what will hurt you.
